Protocol for infectious disease control was observed. Mathew, the therapist who attended to me exhibited high professional standards and knowledge in his field of practice.
After the initial assessment of my neck condition he prescribed and explained a treatment plan for me. Before each session he took time to re-examine for progress and always welcomed my feedback.
