Kelly Dias, PT, DPT is originally from Cleveland, OH. She attended The University of Findlay for both undergrad and graduate school. While there, she played on the UF women’s volleyball team, and obtained her Bachelor’s of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees. Her PT career started in Michigan in 2015 where she worked primarily in the outpatient setting. In 2017, she moved to Kentucky and spent 5 years working in both the acute care and outpatient settings; treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She moved to North Carolina in October of 2021 and joined our Compleat Rehab team in February of 2023. Since beginning her career, Kelly has obtained certifications in both ASTYM and trigger point dry needling, and has experience with kinesiotaping, cupping, and blood flow restriction therapy. Kelly’s goal is to educate her patients on their condition, provide them with the tools necessary to achieve their goals, and to get them back to doing what they enjoy most.
Outside of work, Kelly has a passion for outdoor activities. In the summer you will find her wakeboarding or wake surfing on the lake, and when it’s not warm enough to be on the water, she is usually in the mountains hiking, biking, or rock climbing. She is a loving wife and mother to her fur baby, Jimbo.
