Insurance and Payment Options
At Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy and Hot Springs Sports Medicine there are a wide variety of different health plans that we accept.
We know that insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Disclaimer: While this is an extensive list, health plans do change on a regular basis without prior notification. We recommend that you check with your health plan to clarify what physical therapy benefits are available to you.
Payment By Insurance
Compleat Rehab accepts most major insurances. See our Accepted Providers list or contact our Insurance Specialist at 704-824-7800 to see if your insurance will cover treatment at Compleat Rehab.
Co-Payments
Come prepared to meet your insurance deductible and co-payment each appointment. Co-pays and deductibles will be collected prior to services being rendered. The amount of your co-pay is set by your insurance company. By law, we may not waive collection of co-payment, but are allowed to defer payment for a “reasonable” duration. If you are not able to make your co-payment at the time of service, ask our Front Desk Patient Advocates about deferred payment options through one of our financial programs.
Payment Plans / Financial Assistance
We understand that the cost of health care can put a strain on our patient’s finances. We are willing to work with you to set up a payment plan that works within your budget. Compleat Rehab offers healthcare financing plans* through CareCredit and United Medical Credit.
*Subject to credit approval.
Medicaid
By law, Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy may only see patients covered by Medicaid as their primary insurance that are under 21 years of age in North Carolina, or under 18 years of age in South Carolina. Patients that have a different primary insurance, but have Medicaid as their secondary insurance are not restricted by this law and may receive services at any of our locations.
